The Empty Shelter

Unchain Cumberland County is made up of a group of volunteers dedicated to providing fences

for tethered, tied, or chained dogs whose owners do not have the financial means to purchase

a fence. We feel that all people should be able to provide their pets with a healthy and happy
life, that dogs should be able to run and play in a safely fenced-in yard, and that

chaining dogs causes harm not only to the dogs' health and happiness, but to that of the entire

community's. To get involved with Unchain Cumberland County, please contact us at
unchaincc@gmail.com. Together, we can unchain Cumberland County one dog at a time!
