WoofStock Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog?
We know it’s tempting, but Woofstock is not a pet-friendly event. With loud music, alcohol, and a big crowd at night, it’s just not the safest place for our four-legged friends. Let them celebrate in the comfort of home while you rock the rescue on their behalf. Please keep ESAs at home. Service animals are always welcome.
Can I bring my kids?
Woofstock is planned as a 21+ event with drinks, music, and a nighttime atmosphere. While some families do bring small children when it’s their only option, the event is best enjoyed as an adult night out. Executive Director Jackie Peery’s 6-year-old son will be enjoying the music — because let’s be honest, everyone Jackie knows will be at Woofstock.
What should I wear?
Think groovy, think Woodstock! 🌼 Tie-dye, flower crowns, peace signs, bell bottoms, fringe, and retro sunglasses are all encouraged. We’ll even be hosting a costume contest with categories like Flower Child, Tie-Dye Vibes, and Groovy Group, so don’t be afraid to go all out. Comfortable shoes are a good idea since you’ll be dancing, mingling, and bidding all night. But seriously, jeans and a t-shirt will do!
What if it rains?
The show will go on! Would the folks at Woodstock let a little rian ruin their night? US EITHER! Woofstock is rain or shine.
How do I bid in the silent auction?
Our silent auction is hosted online, so anyone can participate whether or not they attend in person. Guests at Woofstock will be able to view items live at the event, but bidding will happen digitally.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes! If you can no longer attend, you can give your ticket to a friend. Just forward them your confirmation email or lanyard if you’re VIP.
